We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Oak View Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our departments, including concessions, catering, and finance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to all departments, including concessions, catering, and finance.
  • Assist with payroll functions, including data entry, timekeeping verification, and employee deductions.
  • Reconcile sales reports, accounts payable and receivable, and bank deposits.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and franchise season reports.
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports and insights for management.
  • Perform month-end closing, reconciliations, and entries.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial reports and ensure accuracy and validity.
  • Provide general office and clerical support, including copying, filing, and correspondence.
  • Handle basic human resources functions, including employee inquiries, job fairs, and new hire orientation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Four or more years of experience in an accounting position with increasing level of oversight and responsibility.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with computers, including Microsoft applications and accounting/payroll/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
