  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of product availability.
  • Assist with training and development of new sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, with an anticipated range of $17.15 to $28.58, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget.
  • A highly competitive incentive compensation program, with eligibility based on the respective plan guidelines.
