Strategic Sales Director

Field Sales Manager is a key role within Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the Central Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team: Manage a team of sales representatives, defining expectations, monitoring progress, and providing counsel when necessary.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement long-term and short-term strategies to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Drive Sales Growth: Direct sales development activity, coordinate sales distribution, establish sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Counsel and Train: Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, train, develop, and motivate the team to foster overall sales success.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
