Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to join our team at GetixHealth. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare accounts are billed and paid accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Collections: Ensure that healthcare accounts are billed and paid accurately and timely.
  • Customer Service: Respond to telephone inquiries, gather information, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers and patients about services available and assess their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to plan and implement department goals and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
  • Experience: Two to five years of industry experience in medical revenue cycle management required.
  • Skills: Proven understanding of the medical revenue cycle, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
