  • Medical Collections: You will be responsible for collecting and processing medical payments from patients and insurance companies.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: You will communicate effectively with patients, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with internal teams, including medical billing, patient access, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Two to five years of experience in medical revenue cycle management, with a proven understanding of the medical revenue cycle.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, customers, and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to perform work in alignment with company mission and values.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Work Environment

The work environment is an office location, with occasional lifting required up to 25 lbs. The position requires the dexterity to operate office equipment, including a personal computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
