Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Clerk to join our team at Career Systems. As a Property Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, shipping, and maintaining inventory of all center supplies and equipment. This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing shipping and receiving duties
Assist in inventory control and accountability functions
Verify all incoming supplies and materials
Issue inventory items as specified by center procedures
Post and maintain records which may require follow-up
Monitor inventory levels of consumable materials, except foodstuffs, and prepare purchase requisitions for approval

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent
Six months experience in a property/inventory control capacity
Knowledge of government property management requirements and procedures desired
Excellent organizational skills
Sound record-keeping techniques
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to operate a personal computer
