Job Overview

Upsperity is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive business growth and expansion in the B2B sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Hubspot to manage leads, track sales activities, and drive sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through persistent follow-up and exceptional communication skills.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
  • High-energy, dynamic personality with a hunger for driving growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to engage in cold calling and outreach with successful results.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and familiarity with content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
