Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Analyze pricing structures from other 401(k) providers to create competitive proposals for prospective clients.
  • Monitor product requests and contribute insights to enhance the technological services we offer to our clients.
  • Facilitate educational sessions and provide insights during various team meetings.
  • Handle a high volume of inquiries from sales and implementation teams via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with management to assess and refine processes for improved team efficiency.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address client questions regarding plan design and product support.
Your Achievements
  • Establish and nurture client relationships throughout the implementation phase and beyond.
  • Identify recurring challenges and trends, driving initiatives for sustainable process enhancements.
  • Serve a diverse clientele across various geographical locations.

  • Develop solutions for team members to manage the increasing volume of business inquiries.
Qualifications for Success

Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role, such as customer support or account management.
  • Experience in the Defined Contribution sector is essential.
  • Possession of QKA or a comparable industry certification is required.
  • A genuine passion for client service.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while showing understanding towards clients.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all communications.

Preferred:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
