Golden Gate Regional Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to lead our program development and quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing consultation on behavioral interventions, overseeing specialty group homes, and developing trainings and workshops for staff and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to specialty group homes, including Enhanced Behavior Support Homes and Community Crisis Homes, to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver trainings and workshops for staff and providers on behavioral analysis and intervention techniques.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Provide consultation and support to clinical staff, social workers, and staff in Community Services, Quality Assurance, and Vendorization Departments on behavioral interventions and program development.
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field to behavioral analysis.
- Certification: Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis or the ability to become Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst.
- Experience: 2+ years experience in providing behavioral management services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Skills: Experience working in and developing home, school, and community-based ABA programs, writing and implementing ABA-based treatment programs.
