Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients through proactive outreach and follow-up on leads generated by the company.
  • Organize and facilitate product training sessions for surgeons, including both theoretical and practical components.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
  • Participate in local, regional, and national exhibitions and workshops as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with key account personnel to support sales, market growth, service initiatives, clinical events, and business continuity.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team regarding product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect purchase orders from clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery and retrieval of surgical trays, maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Engage customers through the Company's Physician Outreach Program.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with a minimum of two years of successful sales experience; field experience is preferred. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree and at least one year of successful sales experience may be considered.
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time, with overnight travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to fulfill and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are necessary.
