Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clients through proactive outreach and follow-up on leads generated by the company.
- Organize and facilitate product training sessions for surgeons, including both theoretical and practical components.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in local, regional, and national exhibitions and workshops as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with key account personnel to support sales, market growth, service initiatives, clinical events, and business continuity.
- Provide insights to the marketing team regarding product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collect purchase orders from clients.
- Ensure timely delivery and retrieval of surgical trays, maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Engage customers through the Company's Physician Outreach Program.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with a minimum of two years of successful sales experience; field experience is preferred. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree and at least one year of successful sales experience may be considered.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time, with overnight travel up to 20%.
- Ability to fulfill and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
- A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are necessary.
