Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Build rapport with clients, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through the purchasing journey.

Automotive Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest car models, features, and industry trends to effectively inform customers.

Sales Techniques: Present and demonstrate vehicles, negotiate terms, and finalize sales to achieve performance targets.

Post-Sale Support: Provide continued assistance to customers after the sale, addressing any inquiries and ensuring a smooth ownership experience.

Relationship Management: Maintain communication with potential and existing customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
