About the Role

We're seeking a high-achieving Regional Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers in the Western region. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving growth and expansion in our central market. Your leadership will directly impact the overall success of Sitecore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to direct reports through client and prospect meetings, and engage corporate resources as needed.
  • Develop and lead a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins.
  • Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
  • Monitor and track sales activity, and lead demand generation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns.
  • Engage with C-level executives in commercial customer organizations.
  • Manage significant client escalations and issues.
Requirements
  • Proven 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment, with Martech experience a plus.
  • Recognized performance leading a team of Account Executives.
  • Established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience driving large deal activities and providing sales enablement coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving results and a healthy competitive disposition for winning.
  • Consultative selling experience with a proven sales methodology.
  • Collaboration and influence skills in a 'win as a team' environment.
  • Strong business acumen.
