Job Summary

The Regional Human Resources Director plays a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address talent gaps, develop succession plans, and implement training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff across the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision plans, as well as 401(k) and other retirement plans.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with regional leaders and HR staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
