Job Title: Human Resource Director

GPAC is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Day-to-Day Procedures: Oversee the administration of HR-related tasks, including benefits, payroll, and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization maintains compliance with human resource-related laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR generalist and management roles.
  • Strong HRIS experience and SPHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
