In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring distressed real estate from sellers and selling those properties to buyers who purchase, renovate, and sell/rent/ or owner-finance them.

We operate in the distressed real estate market, focusing on houses that are either in distressed condition or in a distressed situation. Our aim is to make the purchase and sale of properties a win-win for all involved, creating a sales network for both sides of the business.

This is a 100% commission-only position with advancement opportunities and excellent ongoing training. With estimated first-year OTE of $89,000.00, we strive to provide a fulfilling career for those who share our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • A current real estate license is required to start, but we are happy to interview candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license.
  • Reliable transportation
