Job Summary

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Assistance Representative Sr to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their rental needs, providing information and resolution for their inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Effectively market the company's services, promoting a positive brand image.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service experience in the last 6 years.
  • Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a satisfactory background check, inclusive of driving, employment reference, and social security.
