About the Role:
As a Residential Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our youth. You will provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling, assisting with behavior management and crisis intervention. You will also educate and empower youth in developing essential life skills and fostering healthy relationships. Collaborate closely with our team to create a nurturing environment that promotes growth and healing. Engage students in a range of enriching activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 1-year full-time experience working with children, and CPR certification. You must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete background and pre-employment checks.
