Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of New Home Sales Consultants to achieve annual sales goals, guiding customers through our new home sales process.
- Recruit, select, train, manage, and motivate sales team members to meet performance expectations.
- Conduct regular goal-setting sessions and facilitate weekly group training to foster growth and development.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong track record of sales success, experience managing and training teams, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
