Francesca's Sales Lead - Part-Time Opportunity

At Francesca's, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our part-time team. As a Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive sales results.

This role offers a great way to gain leadership experience, grow your retail skills, and be part of a dynamic and inclusive brand. Key responsibilities include:

•Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans and improving metrics through sales floor leadership.

•Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.

•Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.

•Using effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.

•Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

•Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

•Flexible and adaptable; able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.

•Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.

•Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
