  • Staffing Schedules: Implement and manage staffing schedules in Kronos, ensuring compliance with departmental and organizational policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for productivity management and budget planning.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert for timekeeping and payroll functions, providing guidance and support to team members and leadership.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and modify fiscal record keeping systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to team members, leadership, and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Two years of experience equivalent to Fiscal Specialist I or 15 quarter hours or 10 semester hours of college-level accounting.
