We are seeking a Program Manager for the Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector, specializing in Risk Management Solutions. This role involves providing technical assistance and support for Design Engineering Inspection Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Program Manager will serve as a key figure in overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring that all project activities align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and coordinating technical support for design engineering inspections, managing budgets, assessing risks, adhering to schedules, and liaising with regulatory bodies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Program Manager is tasked with:

  • Overseeing the comprehensive execution of the project, ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Developing a strategic plan that encompasses budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitating collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Managing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to uphold project integrity.

Desired Qualifications for Program Manager:

Standard Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within the nuclear sector. Strong leadership and project management capabilities are essential.

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, coupled with demonstrated experience in program or project management. Relevant project management certifications are advantageous.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
