Business Operations Assistant Opportunity:
Providence Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. is a dynamic financial planning and insurance firm seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant. This is a front-desk position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our advisors and other team members. You will answer incoming calls, welcome clients, and assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Your ability to maintain accurate records and reports will be essential to our team's success.

The estimated salary for this position is $52,500 - $57,000 per year, plus benefits including paid holidays, sick days, and personal time off. Additionally, we offer 100% paid health insurance for employees and a competitive salary package.
