Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients by managing schedules, appointments, and calendars. You will also prepare and edit correspondence and documents, handle phone calls and emails, and organize and maintain files and records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
Estimated Salary: $26-$32 per hour
