Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader to oversee production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Supervisor - Operations Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of production employees to achieve daily production goals and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor and control variable costs, productivity, and production schedules to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running at optimal levels.
  • Communicate effectively with production planning, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and address any safety concerns or incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
