Job Summary

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating all first-line management functions, including production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, safety, and sanitation of the processing and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct supervision of hourly production employees
  • Manage the processing or packaging schedule to maximize output while minimizing costs, including active participation in problem-solving to achieve these results
  • Lead and coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory's continuous improvement plan
  • Confers with engineering and maintenance in coordination of repairs and modifications to demonstrate ownership of the assigned areas of the factory
  • Ensure products are produced in compliance with quality key check points and within 'Good Manufacturing Practices'
  • Provide a safe working environment for employees
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment
  • 1+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment
Additional Requirements
  • Must be open to working second shift, OT, and weekends
Compensation and Benefits

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
