The In-House Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales success within the Sales Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and training of sales representatives
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Assist in conducting sales and training meetings
  • Ensure that management staff adhere to Bluegreen Vacations' HR policies and procedures
  • Foster a culture of compliance with State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in vacation ownership sales (4+ years preferred)
  • Leadership experience in vacation ownership sales (1+ year preferred)
  • Vacation ownership license when required by state law
  • Strong customer service and quality fundamentals, proficiency in MS Office
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and mentor staff
  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of vacation ownership sales transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational skills
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
