Vacation Ownership Sales Director

The In-House Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales success within the Sales Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and training of sales representatives
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Assist in conducting sales and training meetings
- Ensure that management staff adhere to Bluegreen Vacations' HR policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of compliance with State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in vacation ownership sales (4+ years preferred)
- Leadership experience in vacation ownership sales (1+ year preferred)
- Vacation ownership license when required by state law
- Strong customer service and quality fundamentals, proficiency in MS Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff
- In-depth understanding of all aspects of vacation ownership sales transactions
- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational skills
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
