Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to provide top-notch customer service by greeting guests with an energetic and welcoming smile, directing them to their destinations, and answering any questions they may have. You will also assist other sales departments as needed, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in experience
  • Provide accurate directions and information about the resort, its amenities, and local attractions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support appointments and enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

  • Bubbly personality and excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of energy throughout the day
  • Computer literate and proficient in navigating our software systems

Estimated Salary Range

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
