Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team at Image Specialty Partners. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
- Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role required.
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office highly desired.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
- Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
