Position Overview

The role of the Executive Administrative Assistant is vital in delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the UMC Executive team. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level administrative support to the UMC Executive team.
  • Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and financial documentation.
  • Develop and organize presentations and data analysis.
  • Procure office supplies and handle purchase requisitions.
  • Collaborate with various departments and personnel within UMC.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting executive-level professionals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Essential Skills
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting office technology.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 45 words per minute.
