Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales efforts to drive membership growth and prevent member attrition
  • Hire, train, and manage Sales Associates within the studio
  • Utilize discretion and independent judgment in managing the studio and directing the work of employees
  • Manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Passion for fitness and excellent customer service skills
