Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the City of Little Rock, AR. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative and technical support for recruitment and testing processes, written test administration, and assessment centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and testing processes, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and administer written tests, assessment centers, and other evaluation tools to ensure fair and accurate hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate applications, test results, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with city regulations and laws.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including candidates, hiring managers, and other city employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other HR software systems.
