Key Responsibilities- Pastry Preparation: Assist in the preparation of a variety of pastry items, including desserts, pastries, and breads.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all pastry products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the management of pastry inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Pastry Chef and other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
- Culinary Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
