Job Summary

The Youth Justice Services Worker is a critical role in our organization, responsible for providing services to help youth successfully complete their supervision, commit no new delinquent acts, improve decision making, and assist parents in establishing clear, consistent rules and age-appropriate expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client situations, capabilities, and problems to determine services required to meet the treatment needs of the client.
  • Create individual client treatment plans.
  • Facilitate treatment/educational group sessions for clients on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor client behavior by conducting in-person visits each workday.
  • Attend client/family court proceedings.
  • Organize and facilitate structured group, individual, and/or family activities.
Work Environment

This position will work with clients located West of the I in Kenosha County. Local travel is required to meet with clients within the home or other community spaces, with mileage reimbursement. The position is housed out of our Sunnyside office in Kenosha, WI.

Requirements
