Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Professional Services Group. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide mental health clinical supervision and consultation to our Service Facilitators and Direct Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day consultation to Service Facilitators and Direct Service Providers.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge to review cases, assess performance, and provide feedback to Service Facilitators or other identified agency personnel.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of treatment and assess client progress toward established goals.
  • Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services and provide a blend of direct and indirect client care.
  • Ensure the collaboration of service providers and provide guidance to staff in decision-making and responses to crisis situations.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensure and completed 3,000 supervised hours as recognized by the State of Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, etc).
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with the mental health population.

Salary: $68,000-72,000

Location: Kenosha County Job Center with flexibility to work hybrid/remote.

Schedule: Hours are typically Monday-Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
