Job Title: Aoda Recovery Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aoda Recovery Specialist to join our team at Professional Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management services to adults with behavioral health problems and/or alcohol or drug issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate the strengths and needs of individuals
- Analyze situations, capabilities, and problems to determine required services
- Address basic needs and provide therapeutic intervention to increase effectiveness
- Formulate, implement, evaluate, and revise goal-oriented treatment plans
- Develop crisis/safety plans and maintain weekly contact with clients
- Develop support teams and monitor progress of goals and services

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, or closely related field
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with mental health and addiction issues
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance

Salary: $21.00 per hour
