Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate In-Home Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our community-based services, you will conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services to youth and families participating in our programs, as well as referrals from various sources.

As a fully licensed therapist or one working towards licensure, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and families, providing individual, family, and group counseling services. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, with regular supervision and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients and their families.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, addressing a range of mental health and family system issues.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other service providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field and licensure to provide therapy in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and families, particularly in community-based settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
