AODA Recovery Specialist

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families reach their full potential? Do you have experience working with adults with behavioral health problems and/or alcohol or drug issues? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AODA Recovery Specialist to join our team at Professional Services Group (PSG/CIP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the strengths and needs of individuals.
- Analyze situations, capabilities, and problems to determine required services.
- Address basic needs and provide therapeutic interventions to increase effectiveness.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and develop crisis/safety plans.
- Build and maintain support teams to monitor progress and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with mental health and addiction issues.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
