  • Inspect food and beverage preparation, verify equipment functionality, and oversee inventory management.
  • Execute new strategies and uphold the organization's core values.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management is preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred or must be obtained within 90 days.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical capability to work extended hours and manage various tasks.
Physical Demands:

This role requires consistent attendance, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Adequate vision and tolerance to varying temperatures are also necessary.
