Energy Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Energy Planning Specialist to join our team at ERCOT. This is a unique opportunity to work on the planning and operation of the electric power system, ensuring reliable operations in compliance with NERC Standards and ERCOT Protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering analysis and technical support, with experience in steady-state and dynamic contingency analyses, production cost modeling, and transmission planning. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
A competitive salary range of $99,111 - $168,446 per annum is offered for this role, depending on overall experience as determined by ERCOT.
