We are seeking a talented individual to oversee the financial aspects of our engineering initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our finance team, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy for the Retail Engineering division. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the financial operations of a capital expenditure portfolio, which encompasses project funding, cash flow oversight, and budget forecasting.
  • Leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including milestone planning, vendor management, and invoice approval.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to assess resource allocation and support capacity planning efforts.
  • Conducting essential financial analyses, such as Fixed Asset Audits, along with various ad hoc projects.
  • Identifying efficiencies and enhancing current processes through in-depth analysis.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of several years of relevant experience in a high-performance environment, focusing on financial processes, reporting, and forecasting/modeling.
  • Proficiency in Procure/Purchase-to-Pay processes.
  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with enterprise software systems and familiarity with Apple’s internal applications (e.g., eApproval, SAP, Tableau) is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and innovate.
