Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst within the Retail Engineering team, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy for the organization. Your role will involve:
  • Overseeing the financial management of a capital expenditures portfolio, including project funding execution, cash flow oversight, and budget forecasting.
  • Leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, which encompasses milestone planning, vendor coordination, purchase requisition management, and invoice approval.
  • Working alongside Engineering teams to assess resource allocation, ensuring optimal capacity planning.
  • Conducting essential financial processes and analyses, such as Fixed Asset Audits and other special projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and conducting in-depth analyses of existing processes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a high-performance environment, focusing on financial processes, reporting, and forecasting/modeling.
  • Familiarity with Procure/Purchase-to-Pay processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience with enterprise software systems and/or Apple internal applications (e.g., eApproval, SAP, Tableau) is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and innovate.
Compensation & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined based on a range of factors. The base pay for this role typically falls between $107,300 and $161,300, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Apple employees can also participate in discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounts on products and services, and reimbursement for educational expenses related to career advancement.
