2. Provide strategic recommendations to drive innovation and growth, leveraging your expertise in climate technology and innovation management.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in a STEM field or related to climate technology, with a strong background in research and development.

2. Five years of experience in innovation management, technology scouting, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.

3. Excellent analytical, research, and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

4. Strong business acumen, with a ability to create value for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with a strong ability to convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
