Job Summary

The Climate Policy Specialist will support our organizational learning practices, helping to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. They will provide support to implement structured reflection processes, and provide relevant capacity building on evidence and learning practices to our staff and partners. The specialist will also provide substantive reviews to support grant making in multiple portfolios.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in policy, science, engineering, or mathematics
  • Minimum of three years working in climate policy, climate philanthropy, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with synthesizing and translating technical content into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and coordination across a team

Working Conditions

This is a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 15 lbs. Periodic travel locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally may be required.
