Napa Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Southeast Region. As a Napa Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the automotive refinishing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sales and profits in existing and new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including NAPA jobbers, DCs, and end-users.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and application to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist customers with setup and implementation of mixing systems and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and other stakeholders to develop sales presentations and promotions.
- Conduct customer and market surveys to identify potential opportunities and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Region Sales Manager or as documented on the annual performance appraisal.
- High school education or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.
- One or more years of experience in the automotive division or related industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer skills and proficiency with general web-based applications.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record from the State Motor Vehicle Bureau.
- Licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with state law, including commercial driver's license if required.
50% of time spent away from home or other typical office location.
