Business Development and Sales Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Sales professional to join our team at DSR Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with other businesses in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales activity against key categories through research, prospecting, meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Effectively prospect regional and national brands and connect with executive-level decision-makers to present new business opportunities.
  • Directly engage and search for partners in relationship-building efforts designed to generate long-term business opportunities.
  • Perform product demos and educate prospects on Computer Vision technology, its benefits, and applications with assistance from the Noema technical team.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and lead generation functions on supporting materials development.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of partnership development and/or direct sales responsibility with proven ability to meet and exceed business objectives/targets.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and/or previous work with Computer Vision technology is a plus.
  • Previous experience selling and/or developing complex software products.
  • Skillful communicator interfacing directly with external partners and serving as a strategic partner to cultivate relationships across corporate and public/private sector organizations, often at the highest levels.
  • Extremely research and insights-driven, with a passion for using data to guide sales strategy and look for opportunities to develop business and sales channels.
