Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to customers
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure a perfect fit
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and management to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
  • Basic phone and math skills
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
