Early Childhood Education Specialist

At Chesterbrook Academy, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students.
About the Role:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Child Care Teacher to lead our Twos program. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our students.
Responsibilities:- Implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, yet flexible to accommodate individual student needs.
- Develop and lead activities that promote learning and play, while ensuring instructional decisions are based on student interests and needs.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to build relationships and support student growth.
- Comply with all state-specific education requirements and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Associate degree with 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED and an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate).
