About the Role:

This is a full-time, hourly position that requires a strong commitment to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students. As a Twos Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating classroom operations, including the implementation of our proprietary curriculum
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
  • 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment
