Early Childhood Education Specialist

As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate classroom operations, including the implementation of our proprietary literacy-based curriculum.
- Develop and implement activities that are creative, intentional, and based on student interests and needs.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to build relationships and ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific education requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complies with all state-specific education requirements.
- Bachelor's degree including 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
- Associate degree including 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
- High School Diploma or GED and an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate).
