Early Education Lead Teacher Opportunity

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Education Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate classroom operations and implement our proprietary curriculum
  • Develop and lead activities that cater to students' interests and needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Comply with state-specific education requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Associate degree with 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • High School Diploma or GED with an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate)
